About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer phone calls, emails, chats, and orders
2. Troubleshoot and fix hardware/networking/OS-related queries over the phone
3. Provide solutions to customers that may involve selling the customer a product or service for fixing their issue

Note: Candidates should be graduates of 2022 only and must be available for a 6-month full-time internship for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 9 hours a day. This internship needs to be a part of your college curriculum.

Added requirements

1. Must possess the zeal to demonstrate customer-first culture in every interaction

2. Should be able to demonstrate a good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving hardware & software issues

3. Must have good typing skills

4. Should be able to show a high-level of interpersonal & communication skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders

5. Should have excellent customer relationship management skills, email/chat etiquettes, and good time management skills

6. Must be open to working in rotational shifts

7. Candidates having an A+, N+, MCSA, or MCSE technical certifications would have an added advantage

8. Must have good communication skills in English (verbal and written) and Hindi (spoken only)

9. Basic knowledge of computer hardware
