About the internship
As a Technical Assistance Intern specializing in Generative AI, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, leveraging your knowledge of Python libraries for open and closed source LLMs, as well as your proficiency with LangChain and LangServe. Additionally, you will need to proficiently manage online participants using Microsoft Teams.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare lab environments, ensuring all necessary software and tools are operational.
2. Set up and configure environments for LangChain and LangServe.
3. Troubleshoot any technical issues that faculty members or students encounter.
4. Assist faculty members during lab sessions by helping students with technical problems related to LLMs.
5. Provide guidance on using Python libraries for open and closed source LLMs (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI, etc.).
6. Ensure all lab activities run smoothly and effectively.
7. Address and resolve technical issues during labs or lectures, especially those related to LangChain and LangServe.
8. Document common issues and their solutions for future reference.
9. Engage in research on the latest trends and advancements in generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, and LangServe.
10. Attend training sessions or workshops as provided by the organization.
11. Proficiently manage and assist online participants using Microsoft Teams.
12. Ensure smooth communication and troubleshooting for remote attendees during lab sessions and lectures.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Experience in assisting or managing online participants through platforms like Microsoft Teams.
3. Proficiency in Python programming.
4. Working knowledge of Python libraries for open and closed source LLMs (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI, etc.).
5.. Able to commit to a full-time, 2-month internship.
