Technical Operations Engineer Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Data Acquisition and Integration:
1. Integrate sensors, controllers, data loggers, and other IoT devices with cloud platforms & data analytics systems.
2. Monitor and collect data from deployed devices, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.
3. Assist in troubleshooting connectivity, data flow, and performance issues in the field.

b. Automation and Scripting using Node-RED:
1. Develop automation flows and scripts in Node-RED to streamline data processing and system integration.
2. Use Node-RED to create and manage custom workflows for data collection, processing, and action triggering.

c. Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:
1. Perform root cause analysis on field issues to drive improvements in products and processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.

d. Collaboration & Documentation:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, software
engineering, and support teams, to ensure the successful delivery of IoT solutions.
2. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user manuals, and deployment guides.

e. Client Interaction:
1. Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
2. Offer technical guidance and training to clients for effective system utilization.
