About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and support ed-tech clients
2. Work on being the one-point contact for all support-related inquiries from students and the faculties
3. Work on troubleshooting all technical & software related inquiries
4. Work on troubleshooting content related inquiries
5. Track and report user analytics and usage statistics
6. Motivate faculties & students for everyday edtech usage
