We are looking for a technical recruiter intern to join our talent acquisition team who can work across multiple technical domains with a focus on quality and an agile mindset. You should understand technical subjects to recruit passive engineering, analytics, product, and skilled candidates.
1. Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri)
2. Work on developing prospects into the shortlisted candidates by assessing them for role fit
3. Conduct the first round of interviews, analyze the candidate's response and reason logically, work on database management, and present reports to senior authorities
4. Build out talent networks and tap into knowledgeable industry resources to develop evergreen candidate pipelines
