About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to technical issues via various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat
2. Technical Assistance: Providing step-by-step guidance, instructions, and training to customers on how to use products, services, or systems effectively and assisting with software installations, configurations, updates, and maintenance procedure
3. Quality Assurance: Participating in testing and quality assurance activities to identify and report software bugs, usability issues, or product enhancements and providing feedback to the development team to improve the overall product quality and reliability
