About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide technical support for CRM and ERP systems to clients
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for timely resolution
3. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to update them on progress and solutions
4. Assist clients in configuring and setting up systems to align with their business needs
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases and resolutions
6. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
7. Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and provide input to the development team
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues and implement system enhancements
9. Ensure the quality and reliability of CRM and ERP solutions through testing new features and updates
10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM and ERP for cutting-edge support
