We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. The technical support intern will troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer feedback. Moreover, technical support interns need to talk to customers directly as well as create written documentation, requiring exceptional written and verbal communication.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Troubleshooting technical issues
2. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
3. Testing and evaluating new technologies
4. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing issues through to resolution
5. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
6. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
7. Talking clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they've solved a technical issues
8. Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time
