Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers requiring technical assistance
2. Respond to and resolve software-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions
3. Offer guidance on how to navigate and effectively use the Urbot admin panel
4. Possess a solid understanding of the software systems utilized by Urbot
5. Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities to provide accurate and up-to-date support
6. Conduct research and testing to identify software-related improvements and report findings to the development team
7. Utilize Excel and spreadsheets to analyze and organize data, generate reports, and provide insights
