Technical Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing client communication and responding to various client queries via multiple channels
2. Working closely with the development team to resolve issues reported by clients
3. Collecting documentation feedback from clients and improving the documentation in conjunction with the development team
4. Managing support tickets in a Jira-based ticketing system
5. Monitoring and taking action on alerts related to infrastructure/applications
6. Monitoring systems during major change events and notifying invested parties about changes
7. Routing the ticket/issue to the relevant team and managing client expectations when required
