Technical Support- Networking Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain documentation related to VoIP network configuration, support processes and service records
2. Assist senior engineers with the configuration of customer company VoIP products and wireless networks, including routers
3. Conduct research on VoIP network, network products, services, protocols and standards
4. Suggest and implement innovative VoIP and networking solutions
5. Attend relevant workshops and educational programs
6. Configure and test VoIP networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operations
7. Monitor and troubleshoot problems, as needed
8. Prepare and present VoIP network performance statistics and reports
9. Gather information related to the latest engineering techniques and pass them to the technical team for incorporation
10. Stay adept in technology advancements and other engineering aspects
11. Work in a team and understand complex scenarios to decode them with ease
12. Work with a willingness to learn new things by being a quick observer
