Technical Writer Intern Internship

Digite Infotech Private Limited is hiring a technical writer intern. The duration for this content writing internship in Mumbai is 6 months. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in drafting and editing user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation related to Digite (NimbleWork) products.
2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
3. Create and maintain content for our knowledge base, FAQs, and help articles.
4. Review and update existing documentation to reflect product updates and improvements.
5. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on content strategies and user needs.
6. Ensure all documentation adheres to Digite's (NimbleWork's) style guide and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Completed a technical writing certification from a reputed institute.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness.
3. Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
4. Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms, including RoboHelp and WordPress.
5. Basic understanding of product development processes is a plus.
6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Experience or familiarity with video creation tools such as Camtasia, Adobe After Effects, or Snagit is a plus.
