About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services
2. Handle inbound calls, address queries, and provide assistance to customers
3. Identify potential leads and maintain a database of customer interactions
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build rapport
5. Communicate clearly and effectively in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English
6. Record feedback and customer preferences to improve service offerings
7. Maintain accurate call records and prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions
8. Update CRM systems with relevant customer information and feedback
9. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to share customer insights and improve outreach strategies

Other requirements

1. Must be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English, with strong written communication in English

2. Recently graduated in any field (marketing, business, or communication is a plus)

3. Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

5. Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
