Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct phone calls to potential donors to educate them about our initiatives and secure donations.
2. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions in our database.
3. Customize communication strategies based on donor preferences and feedback.
4. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative fundraising ideas.
5. Participate in training sessions to enhance fundraising skills and techniques.
6. Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to donors and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR or a related role.
2. Special consideration has been given to those who hold a degree in sociology, MSW, or BSW. Following the internship, full-time employment with the Everyside Foundation will be awarded based on each interns performance.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
