Tele Fundraising Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to donors, supporters, and prospects to motivate them to donate.
2. Conduct donor research to identify potential supporters and tailor calls accordingly.
3. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly fundraising targets.
4. Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, calls, and donations in the database.
5. Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement effective calling strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date on NGO programs, services, and events to effectively communicate with donors.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive donor experience.
