About the internship
As a telecall data entry intern at Stirring Minds, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in sales, MS-Excel, and English proficiency while supporting our dynamic sales team. Your role will involve entering and updating sales data accurately in our systems, assisting with creating sales pitches, and conducting outbound calls to potential clients. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be critical in ensuring that our sales team has the information they need to drive success. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Input and maintain sales data in our databases
2. Assist in creating and refining sales pitches for our products and services
3. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
4. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for reaching targets
5. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Office to track and report on sales metrics
6. Provide support in organizing sales events and meetings
7. Improve English proficiency through conversations with colleagues and clients

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
