About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact customers with overdue loans through phone calls, ensuring they are aware of their outstanding debt
2. Work out feasible payment plans that align with both the customer's ability to pay and the company's requirements
3. Keep accurate records of all interactions, including customer information verification and arrangements made
4. Adhere strictly to the company's policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection
5. Assist in resolving issues related to payment, offering appropriate solutions based on the customer's circumstances
