About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to clients for debt recovery purposes
2. Handle client queries and provide assistance with payment plans
3. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient debt recovery processes
5. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for debt recovery
7. Improve communication skills through training and feedback sessions
