About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure calls to delinquent customers for EMI collections as per the allocated target.
2. Track each account regularly and provide complete feedback.
3. Identify reasons for payment bounces and ensure that collected payments are updated in the system on a timely basis.
