Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our tech products and services.
2. Manage and update call logs and customer information in MS Excel.
3. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken Hindi to effectively communicate with Hindi-speaking clients.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and product knowledge.
7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the telecalling team.
