About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outbound & inbound calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

2. Lead generation & follow-ups:
- Identify potential leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into customers.

3. Customer relationship management:
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Product/service promotion:
- Explain the company's products or services clearly and engagingly.
- Persuade customers to make purchases or avail of services.

5. Data management & reporting:
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to supervisors on call performance and outcomes.

6. Meeting sales & performance targets:
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

7. Script adherence & communication:
- Follow company call scripts and communication guidelines.
- Adapt communication style based on customer responses and feedback.

8. Market research & competitor awareness:
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Stay updated on competitors' products and pricing.
