2. Answer incoming calls from students and address their inquiries in a professional manner.
3. Schedule appointments for career counseling sessions with our team of experts.
4. Follow up with students via phone calls to ensure they are on track with their career plans.
5. Maintain accurate records of all calls and conversations in our database.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads for our programs.
7. Assist in conducting market research to gather insights on student preferences and trends in career development.
