About the internship

As a Telecalling intern at Ponalab Biogrowth Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your English, Hindi, and Bengali proficiency to engage with potential customers and promote our innovative agri-products. Your role will involve making outbound calls to prospects, handling farmer/dealer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to all callers. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and tracking customer interactions using MS Excel.

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
4. Follow up with leads and provide reliable customer service
5. Collaborate with sales team to meet targets and goals
6. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers
