We are looking for an enthusiastic telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product details, resolve queries, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make inbound calls to potential customers and explain product details
2. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt responses
3. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
4. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM (HubSpot)
5. Assist customers with order status, payments, and product-related queries
6. Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
7. Gather customer feedback and report issues to the relevant team
8. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on calls

1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
2. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
3. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
