1. Engage with customers via phone, address their inquiries, and provide solutions and/or alternatives ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
2. Have an in-depth understanding of the products or services being offered by the company, enabling accurate and efficient communication to customers
3. Make sales calls to new and existing customers, explaining promotions, and new or existing products and services, to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
4. Maintain accurate records of conversations with customers, ensuring all data is updated in the company's CRM or other relevant systems
5. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the relevant departments for product/service improvements
6. Work towards achieving and exceeding predetermined sales and customer service targets as set by the organization
7. Coordinate with the internal teams, updating them about customer requirements, complaints, or any other significant information that may help in improving service delivery and achieving organizational goals
