Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to prospects and clients in a professional and engaging manner
2. Providing accurate information about our products and services to potential customers
3. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
4. Maintaining detailed call records and updating customer information in MS-Excel
5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and appointments
6. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales techniques
7. Assisting in ad hoc administrative tasks to support the sales department
