About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Shahji Ghee products.
2. Handle inbound calls to process customer inquiries and orders.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using provided tools.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
6. Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
