About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads, promote products/services, and close deals.
2. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent service.
4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
6. Handling Objections: Address customer objections and concerns, offering solutions to close sales.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.

1. Proven experience in tele sales or a related sales field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
7. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
8. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
