Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to customers to promote products and services, or following up on recent purchases
2. Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about products and services
3. Resolving customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions
4. Keeping records of all customer interactions and transactions, and updating customer information in the database
5. Meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets
6. Continuously improving product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
