As a Telecalling intern at LIVWISE.IN, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with customers over the phone, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, will be key in effectively communicating with a diverse range of clients. Your skills in MS-Excel will also come in handy for maintaining and updating customer records.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales.
5. Provide product information and assistance to customers over the phone.
6. Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve services.
7. Meet daily and weekly call targets to contribute to the company's success.
