Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
3. Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with interested customers.
4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the database.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to improve customer engagement.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills and expand product knowledge.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
