We are seeking a dynamic telecalling intern to join our team at One Management International in the London Market. If you are passionate about client relationship management and possess excellent spoken English proficiency, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in the industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls.
3. Assisting in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
4. Updating client information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
6. Participating in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
7. Providing feedback on client preferences and market trends to help improve our services and offerings.
