Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle Customer Queries: Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
2. Product and Service Information: Provide detailed and accurate information about the company's products and services to customers.
3. Customer Records Management: Record and update customer interactions and information in MS Excel, CRM systems, or other designated tools.
4. Professional Communication: Ensure all interactions are professional, courteous, and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.
