As a telecalling intern at Ridge IVF, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the healthcare industry. Your role will involve communicating with patients and potential clients over the phone, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to follow up with leads and convert them into appointments
2. Answering incoming calls and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
3. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments scheduled
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to strategize on lead generation and conversion
5. Participating in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills
6. Providing feedback on customer preferences and trends to improve overall service
7. Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operations of the clinic
