Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad.
2. Build rapport with students and actively listen to understand their academic background, preferences, and goals.
3. Provide accurate and detailed information about universities, courses, and admission processes.
4. Offer personalized counseling to help students select the right study programs based on their profiles and aspirations.
5. Address student queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversions.
7. Document interactions and track progress in CRM systems.
