Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Liaise with clients to find out their exact requirements, and produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets
2. Research venues, vendors then negotiate prices and hire
3. Manage all pre-event planning
4. Coordinate vendors, handle client queries, and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
5. Manage a team of staff and give full briefings
6. Organize facilities for security, first aid, and hospitality
7. Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
8. Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, and travel)
