As a Telecalling intern at Vayu Art & Crafts, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your Hindi proficiency and MS-Excel skills to assist in our customer outreach efforts.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handling incoming calls from existing customers and addressing their queries and concerns
3. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS Excel
4. Conducting surveys over the phone to gather feedback from customers and improve our services
5. Contributing ideas for improving our Tele-calling strategies and increasing customer engagement
