Telecalling Internship

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, hiring candidates, addressing customer queries, and promoting company products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products or services.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates for hiring.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and offering solutions.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
