Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in generating new leads through research, cold calling, and outreach campaigns
2. Support the sales team in maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate lead information and sales activities
3. Help prepare sales materials such as proposals, presentations, and contracts
4. Qualify incoming leads and assist in scheduling meetings with potential clients
5. Track and monitor the progress of leads through the sales pipeline
6. Assist in identifying sales opportunities and providing recommendations to improve sales strategies
7. Support the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience
8. Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from customers to improve sales approaches
9. Help track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities
