As a Telecalling intern at GoMechanic, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team by handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with queries, provide information, and promote our services. Your English and Hindi proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base. Additionally, your proficiency in MS-Excel will help in maintaining call records and analyzing data for better performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make and receive calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
2. Provide information about our services, promotions, and packages
3. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues
4. Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in our database
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
6. Utilize MS-Excel to create reports and analyze call data for performance evaluation
7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
