As a Telecalling intern at GREENAR, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting our team in reaching out to potential clients. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively conveying our brand message. Your familiarity with MS-Excel will also be beneficial in maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
2. Handle inbound calls from clients and provide them with detailed information about our products and services
3. Maintain a database of client information and update it regularly on MS-Excel
4. Follow up with clients via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Assist in conducting market research to identify potential leads and target markets
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client engagement
7. Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends to help improve our outreach efforts.
