Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Inbound Call Handling:
1. Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our products/services.
2. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.

Outbound Callings:
1. Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote our products/services.
2. Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Generate leads and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.
