Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact and counsel prospective parents through incoming and outgoing calls; operating on telephone and CRM software
2. Influences parents on phone to visit the school for interactions and events by following various scripts to give relevant information
3. Document transactions by completing forms and record logs
4. Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data on CRM software
5. Contribute to the team s overall targets by accomplishing individual milestones
6. Understand parents queries and communicate solutions respectfully and politely
7. Set appointments with prospective parents based on peer s schedule
8. Send push SMS and emails post relevant outbound and inbound calls
9. Support the team in brainstorming for campaigns (ATL, BTL, online, etc.)
10. Support the admission counselor with face to face parent interactions and school tours
11. Work as a part of a team with process head, admission counselor and digital marketers, etc.
12. Additionally, support the team during events
13. Maintain quality service by following organizational standards

1
