About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and events.
2. Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and present suitable rental solutions.
3. Follow up on leads promptly and effectively to maximize conversion rates.
4. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth rental experience for all clients.
8. Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and products.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus.

7. Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
