Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with customers to inform them about upcoming packages, plans, and promotions to boost revenue.
2. Follow up with existing customers, updating them about their treatment progress or any related reports.
3. Conduct outbound calls as part of a target-driven role, with daily/weekly goals to meet.
4. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
5. Participate in training sessions to understand customer needs and improve communication skills.
6. Flexible rotational shifts with a preference for either morning or night shifts.
7. Report daily progress and targets achieved to the team lead or supervisor.
