Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outgoing calls to potential clients to introduce legal services and schedule appointments.
2. Assist in managing and updating client databases to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and promptly resolving issues.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
5. Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication skills and knowledge of legal services.
6. Use effective communication techniques to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for improving telecalling strategies.
