As a telecaller at Techdome Solutions Private Limited, you will play a key role in connecting with clients and prospects, gaining valuable communication and customer service experience in a dynamic tech environment. Your role will involve making calls, addressing inquiries, and contributing to building strong client relationships.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
2. Provide detailed information about the company's offerings to prospective clients.
3. Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
4. Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
5. Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
6. Handing overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
7. Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
8. Capable of conducting 40-50 calls a day. Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
9. Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.

1. Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate.
2. You have at least 1 year experience within a sales/relationship manager or telesales role, ideally within the brokerage/treasury/securities exchange, corporate banking and insurance industry.
3. Skilled with strong networking & relationship building.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills.
6. Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
7. Holds highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
8. Needs to be strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
