Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Student counseling: Guide students over calls about course options, career prospects, and admission procedures
2. Lead management: Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert potential students into enrollments
3. Admission assistance: Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and admission processes clearly over calls
4. Relationship building: Build trust with students and parents through effective and engaging communication
5. Data management: Maintain call records, track student interactions, and update CRM/software
6. Target achievement: Work towards setting admission targets by effectively guiding students
7. Follow-ups & reminders: Regularly follow up with interested candidates and remind them of deadlines
8. Stay updated: Keep up with industry trends, university requirements, and new course offerings
