About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound communication: Conducting outbound calls to employees using the Predictive Attrition Control Tool, SARA, to identify and address their concerns.
2. Empathetic listening: Actively listening to employees' problems and concerns with patience and empathy.
3. Problem resolution: Collaborating with relevant teams (sourcing, operations, etc.) to resolve employees' issues effectively and promptly.
4. Employee retention: Implementing strategies and solutions to prevent employee attrition and ensure their satisfaction within the company.
5. Performance metrics: Achieving productivity targets based on the number of calls made, the quality of interactions, and the number of employees retained.
6. Bilingual communication: Communicating effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse employee base.
