Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospects.
3. Conduct follow-up calls to assess interest and schedule appointments or sales meetings.
4. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
